Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups almond flour

  • ¼ cup coconut oil, melted

  • ¼ cup maple syrup or agave

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 tbsp vegan protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)

  • 1–2 tbsp mini dark chocolate chips (75–85% cacao)

  • 1 or 2 dropper minty-nutty CBD tincture (adjust per dose)

  • Pinch of salt

  • Optional: 1 tsp cinnamon or nutmeg

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a bowl, combine almond flour, vegan protein powder, salt, and optional spices.

  3. Mix in melted coconut oil, maple syrup/agave, vanilla, and CBD tincture until smooth.

  4. Fold in chocolate chips.

  5. Scoop cookie-sized portions onto the baking sheet and gently flatten.

  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are lightly golden.

  7. Cool for 5 minutes on the tray—cookies will firm up as they cool.
